The Graduate Program in Food Science and Technology (PPGCTAL) aims at developing knowledge, technologies and innovative practices that promote nutritional and food safety, health and quality of life. By means of solid broad training in food biosciences, food sciences, food technology, and food engineering, the aim is to train professionals at a high academic level in order to contribute to the regional development and troubleshooting involving the field of human nutrition in our society.
